How it works

Three steps
to the stage.

We keep it simple. One conversation, one written agreement, and we take care of the rest with the local organizers.

  1. Share your goalsTell us which cities and audiences matter to you, and what you’d like to share.
  2. Agree the scopeWe confirm the events, sessions and benefits together in writing.
  3. Send your speakersShare speaker details and materials at least four weeks before each event.
Good to know

The fine print.

The short version: the community comes first.

Can we shape the agenda?

Your own session, yes. The rest of the program, no: sponsors don’t influence speaker selection or the agenda.

Do we get the attendee list?

Yes, for attendees who opt in to share their details with sponsors when they register. Nobody else’s data is shared.

Can we be the only sponsor in our category?

Sponsorships aren’t exclusive, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

What if a city is cancelled?

If a city is cancelled and not rescheduled in 2027, city sponsors get their money back. Global Tour Sponsors move that sponsorship to another city on the tour.

Anything else we should know?

Everyone on site follows the Global AI Community Code of Conduct, and sponsor materials follow the brand guidelines.
